This is the New Hero of Mobile Legends called Vexana the Necromancer. He seems to be stronger based on his skills and description of his abilities. By looking at him you guys might look like Hero Moskov with the appearance in the female version.The Ultimate Hero Vexana skill can awaken enemy heroes who helped him in Gank for a few seconds.

Skill Vexana
Passive Skill:
Target will be exposed to spell from necromancer for X seconds. The target affected by this skill will explode and receive the magic damage of X and about all units (heroes or minions) around it. The unit that becomes the puppet that has been exposed to the outbreak of this necromancer will also infect other heroes / minions.
First Skill:
Unleashes the ghost-like ghost force that attacks the front, inflicts magic damage of X, and also makes all the existing Hero inside a small area lose control for X seconds.
Second Skill:
Necromancer Vexana Summon a creature that can inflict a magic damage of X to the opponent's hero.
Third Skill (Ultimate):
Giving a curse to one of the enemy Hero for a few seconds also resulted in the enemy getting magic damage of X every second. If the target dies with this curse, the target will come back to life and become puppet puppet and fight Vexana. The hero who has become this puppet will inflict X% damage from his original damage, and continuously inflict an outbreak of damage to nearby enemies, the damage inflicted by X% of the enemy's Hp max.
